Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 14, 2026
By using SchemaPad, you agree to these terms.
Beta service
SchemaPad provides browser-based ERD editing, SQL import and export, and local browser saving. It does not provide accounts, server-side document storage, cloud backup, synchronization, or guaranteed availability.
Your data and backups
Documents are stored only in your browser. Clearing browser data, storage limits, private browsing, device failure, or software errors may cause data loss. Keep exports of important work and do not enter credentials, personal information, or other sensitive data. You retain any rights you have in the ERD and SQL content you create or import.
Sensitive information
Do not enter secrets, passwords, access tokens, production credentials, regulated personal data, confidential customer data, or other sensitive information into SchemaPad. The beta is intended for schema design, not secure secret storage or compliance workflows.
SQL output
Import and export may not preserve every database-specific feature. Review and test generated SQL before using it with a database. You are responsible for deciding whether generated output is suitable for your use.
Your content
You keep any rights you have in ERD documents and SQL content that you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use any content you import into the service.
Responsible use
Use SchemaPadlawfully and do not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the service or its security. The service is provided "as is" during beta. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law; rights and responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
No professional advice or warranty
SchemaPadis a design aid and does not provide legal, security, compliance, database administration, or migration advice. The beta is provided "as is" and may contain errors, interruptions, data loss, or incomplete SQL support.
Problems and changes
Report service, legal, privacy, or security concerns to [email protected]. We will review confirmed issues promptly and take reasonable corrective action as soon as practical. These terms may change with the beta; material updates will be reflected by the date above.
